As soon as nature wakes up from its hibernation, it not only lures us outside, but also into our kitchens. Because there are so many new things to discover there.

Together with gourmet chef Petra Braun-Lichter, we will take you into the world of seasonal vegetables and fresh herbs, such as wild garlic. Get to know them as flavor enhancers and tips and tricks for use and enjoy the unique spring menu that will make you spring fever in no time.

Look forward to a complete menu starting with a delicious nine-herb soup with carrot sticks, followed by a homemade pasta with mushrooms and herbed chicken and finally rounded off with a delicious woodruff mousse with berries. Fresh herbs and young vegetables bring spring to our table and spread a good mood. With you, too?
