Exhibition: “herbare” by Katja Then at Kunstverein Kohlenhof
Painting, photography, cyanophyte and installation transform the rooms of the Kunstverein Kohlenhof into an inspiring ‘garden’, in which textile cables proliferate through the room, glass blossoms drift, empty spaces in the painting are transformed into form and content, real plant imprints become line images, ornaments themselves dissolve and the viewer can sink into the depths of the painting.
The “herbare” exhibition by Katja Then can be seen during our opening hours (every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 2pm–7pm and by appointment) until 2nd July 2022.
