Nuremberg Easter Market

The Nuremberg Easter Market is taking place again at the Hauptmarkt (Main Market Square) for the first time since 2019 🐣 It is open daily from 10am–7pm from 1st April to Easter Monday on 18th April 2022. The Easter market is closed on Good Friday.

The Easter Market is the oldest of Nuremberg’s markets and is also known as the “Häferlesmarkt”. The market traders offer a colourful range of goods, including traditional crockery, wicker, household goods, everyday necessities, as well as sustainable goods made of wood and clothing from our own production.

Dr Michael Fraas says, “We have done everything to ensure that the Easter market can take place this year. We cordially invite you to take a stroll through the market!”

There is also lots of food to try around the Schönen Brunnen; from steak, pretzels, fish specialities, organic raclette and falafel to the traditional Nuremberg bratwurst, Baumstriezel, almonds and chocolate fruits. New this year are the coffee variations from the Coffee-Bike.
